Customer service provides general guidance on courses, lectures and events at the Centre.   
You can also use customer service to:   

• register for courses   
• prove your eligibility for discounts  
• cancel your enrolment in a course  
• ask questions about course fees and billing  
• request a certificate of completion for a course  

The course instructors are skilled professionals, and other customer service staff are also friendly and knowledgeable. The courses offered are varied, interesting and will meet the needs and expectations of even the most demanding city residents.

Important dates for the study year   

• Autumn semester: 5 September–2 December 2022   
• Autumn holiday: 17 October–23 October 2022 (week 42), no lessons.   
• Spring semester: 16 January–23 April 2023  
• Winter holiday: 20 February–26 February 2023  
• Easter holiday: Thu–Mon, 6 April–10 April 2023
