Cancelling a course

Do you have to cancel your course?

You can cancel your seat in a course by: 

• visiting our service desks; 
• calling +358 9 310 88610;  
• emailing tyovaenopisto@edu.hel.fi; or   
• using www.ilmonet.fi (only up to seven days before the start of the course)

You can cancel your registration free of charge up to seven days before the course begins.    

If you cancel your seat in a course less than seven days before the course begins, we will charge half the course fee or a minimum of 14 euros. If you don’t cancel your seat, or if the cancellation occurs on or after the course start date, the course fee will be charged in full.   

If the course is cancelled or you cannot attend due to changes made by the Centre (for example a change in class times), we will refund the course fee.    

The course fee is subject to collection without a court order.
